Applesauce and sweet potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Two apples
  • Two sweet potatoes
  • Half a glass of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Sugar
  • Salt, pepper and cinnamon

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes in water with your skin, peel and set aside. Meanwhile, peel the apples, cut into cubes and put them to cook over medium heat, a tablespoon of sugar and water. When tender, drain and mash make them.

Stir in potatoes, add a splash of olive oil and form a puree with the consistency that you like. Season with some salt, pepper and a pinch of cinnamon. So, you have a list and delicious side dish. It is perfect to accompany a salmon or a chicken breast with sweet sauce.
