The analysis involved more than a hundred people with overweight problems. One group was assigned a diet that included the hiring of two servings of vegetables, combined with a diet rich in cereals (4 servings, 30 grams each), for a total of six portions per day. The diet of the second group was always composed instead of six pieces, but all based on cereals.
