- Scrambled eggs
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 cup green tea
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Salad (large) of lettuce, carrots, broccoli, onion and tomato
Yogurt with fresh berries
- 1 turkey or chicken breast
- Steamed carrots and asparagus
The diet of the 17 days includes an aerobic workout of 17 minutes, to be carried out 6 times a week.
