Homemade cheese without cholesterol
Undoubtedly, the cheeses are delicious. It is also true that often it have no fat at all recommended for those with high cholesterol. - 300 grams of tofu hard
- 150 ml of water
- Two tablespoons of brewer’s yeast flakes
- One tablespoon of agar-agar powder
- The juice of half a lemon
- One tablespoon of soy sauce
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt, pepper and spices
Process the tofu in a blender until it comes apart. Meanwhile, put boiling water and, just before a boil, add the agar-agar. Powder dissolves algae and now includes lemon, soy sauce and brewer’s yeast flakes (use this, it tastes like cheese). Take a blender and process ends next to the tofu.
