Fluid retention is a common problem especially in women, this may be due to various factors, and to fight there’s nothing better than following a cleansing diet with diuretic properties.

Foods to be included in the diet against fluid retention:
- Skim milk
- Unsalted cheese
- Fish (not canned)
- Poultry without skin
Raw and cooked vegetables (celery, lettuce, artichokes, garlic, chard, spinach, onion, tomato, asparagus, carrots, watercress, radicchio, arugula, zucchini, squash, etc)
