Bananas for preventing asthma in children
A pillar of health and a useful tool to prevent multiple diseases is a good diet. One of the diseases that good food can prevent asthma is because children who eat a banana a day have a lower risk of developing asthma symptoms.
These findings came a recent study, where the authors stressed that their research shows how important the food is in preventing asthma.

What is asthma?
Asthma is a chronic disease that affects 235 million people, which is characterized by attacks of breath and wheezing breathing becomes. And it turned out that the banana made the difference: the children who ate a day had a 34% lower risk of experiencing breathing difficulties.
The benefit of this fruit is also associated with a lower risk of developing leukemia.
The fiber, potassium, vitamin C and B6 helps maintain a healthy heart and the amino acid tryptophan promotes memory and improves mood.
