Also, eating cherries in dieting gives excellent results, as these fruits are rich in soluble fiber that, when it reaches the stomach, they absorb water and grow, swell, a sense of satiety.

It takes 20-25 cherries a day, fasting, to obtain beneficial results, including a cleansing and detoxifying the entire body and a balancing action of intestine, especially useful in case of constipation.

The diet of cherries

Here are three daily menus from the weight loss. They are used for three consecutive days per week for at least four weeks. Help you lose 2-4 pounds of fat and retention.

First day

Before breakfast: 20 cherries take on an empty stomach.

Breakfast: 1 cup rice milk (even cold) with a teaspoon of cocoa powder soluble, 4 slices with 3 tablespoons cherry jam without added sugar.

Breakfast: 1 cup of milk, soy (even cold) with a tablespoon of barley soluble, 1 slice of whole wheat bread with 3 tablespoons blueberry jam with no added sugar.

Snack: 10 cherries private blend of apricot kernels with 2 and a glass of rice milk. Drink now.

Lunch: salad with seasoned to taste 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, 80 g of pasta topped with 3-4 tablespoons of lentils boiled and stewed with onion and tomato sauce.

Snack: 1 peach and cherry decoction of stems (boil 2 g of stems of cherries – can be found in herbal medicine – in 150 ml of water for 3 minutes, drink warm or cold).

Dinner: as an aperitif, an organic cherry juice with no added sugar, 200 g of salmon grilled or fried; abundant seasonal vegetables cooked or raw, 70 g of bread, preferably whole.

Day Three

Before breakfast: 20 cherries take on an empty stomach.

Breakfast: 1 cup almond milk (too cold) with a tablespoon of instant coffee, 1 package of crackers spelled with 3 teaspoons of apricot jam with no added sugar.

Snack: 10 blend of private cherry pits with 50 g of blueberries and a glass of apple juice with no added sugar transparent type. Drink now.

Lunch: salad with seasoned to taste 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, 1 bowl of vegetable soup, vegetables and a dressing with half a spoonful of pesto alla Genovese.
