The Windows key or Magic Key
The Windows key has many practical functions, but is used by almost anyone. To start Explorer searching use the combination [WINDOWS] + [E] and for taskbar use [WINDOWS] + [T]. Burn ISOs
To burn ISO files has always been additional software required. Windows 7 has rectified at this point: just click on the images only twice and Windows will present the appropriate dialog for burning.

Emergency CD burning
