Valid alternatives to meat for children

Particularly recommended are the sole, cod, and in general all the blue fish, a source of protein and fatty acid omega 3, essential for a healthy heart and circulatory system and the apartment for a smooth muscle development of children. We must cook them in the most natural way; without too many seasonings grilled, steamed or baked in the oven.
