Two heads of garlic
A drizzle of olive oil
A teaspoon of lemon juice
Sesame seeds toasted
Salt, pepper and chopped parsley
Wrap the garlic heads in aluminum foil and bring to medium heat oven for about 20, 30 minutes. When removing the garlic from the oven, it should be tender. Peel the cloves and reserve only the flesh of the garlic. Places all resulting in a container.
Add olive oil, lemon juice and some salt and pepper. Mix well to form a sort of puree. When serving, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped parsley. It goes wonderfully with toast and salad dressing and also to accompany chicken or some lean meat. It is very delicious and healthy pulp wherever you look, being great for those with high cholesterol.
