The Grinberg method is a process that seeks to educate the body to reduce suffering, to achieve recovery, wellness and personal growth. Its creator, Avi Grinberg, is an Israeli who began practicing yoga and martial arts at 16 years old, and continued continuously until 30 years with various techniques body and massage.
